Disaster. Staff is extremely rude. I haven't met such a rude people in very long time. I understand their language so I could hear they have very inappropriate comments about people in general, about particular appearance of people. And they ask you to pay 20KCZ for this. Absolutely horrible experience, these people should not be working with customers at all as they do not know how to handle . Such a shame for Czech country as this is the first experience I had after I got off the train, literally so bad. So disappointing. They should know how to behave if they want to handle tourists

Several toilettes out of order. Very long queue of women waiting. More than 10 min waiting time. Can the toilettes be repared rapidly? Desperate cleaning lady who is the target of all the complaints... What a first impression a foreign tourist will get of the "Heart of Europe"? Please fix it rapidly.

Some complain about the cleanliness, and also that the staff are mostly foreigners who shout at people! why not, when he has to clean up shitty and unflushed toilets after people! Last night, the "hated" foreigner honestly gave me the mobile phone she forgot in the cabin! For which she owes a big thank you! I will never forget that!
