Really unpleasant lady at the window. I have the impression that she is fed up with the job that she probably chose herself. The audacity of this [lady] who commented on accompanying her parent to the toilet is unreal. If you don't have to, don't go there. With apologies, I sent the person in question to the appropriate places after an exchange of opinions.

Could be cleaner here, touchless faucets and soap dispensers would be appreciated. Price CZK 5 for using the toilet.
