I went to visit the toilet and it was horrible. From the look of it, the pensioner behind the counter is unpleasant. And when I got there, she was smoking a cigar and had the radio on loud. I go to the toilet, I sit there for 2, 20 minutes and she is already knocking on me that this is not a waiting room and that I should go to hell, she said this!!! Then I go to wash my hands and I'm still sorry that it washed her all over the sink, I'll wait, so what is conservation, the owner of the toilet, you should think about yourself 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The "lady" who collects the money here is said to be delayed by my presence and the fact that I used the toilet. I don't understand how he can delay her when he's at work, but then it dawned on me. He always stands at the subway exit with a cigarette.

The lady sitting behind the window is very unpleasant. I politely asked her if there was a changing table here. I was holding my 15-month-old son (weight 11.5 kg) and she told me that if I destroy the counter, she will call the police. Please, why should I destroy the changing table? I didn't use the counter because I preferred to leave. What is this communication? No one has ever spoken so disgustingly to a woman in their life. If those toilets are not to be used, then close them straight away. Because the lady does everything so that no one can use them.

A very uncomfortable experience, you practically can't even urinate here, thanks to a very unpleasant lady who will keep crawling behind you and complaining about the fact that you are breathing at all. I recommend peeing in the sink so the lady finally has something to complain about.

The cleaning lady is terribly unpleasant, loud and moreover does not speak the national language. I arrived at a time when the room was being cleaned. The lady came up to me quite arrogantly and navigated me to the disabled room in a commanding tone as if it should be completely obvious. She also did not want to answer the question why she was speaking to me in Russian instead of Czech
