Unpleasant and incompetent staff to solve anything. Be careful in these toilets!!!! You can easily pay CZK 60 here instead of CZK 20 and you won't even blink. The operator will tell you to your face that if they don't have receipt paper in the machine, nothing will be taken off the card. The marking of the device is absolutely unreadable at first glance. And when you want to return the money, he tells you that he doesn't have any. The supervisor is nowhere to be found, and the director, as I learned by coincidence from the lady who stood next to me and dealt with a similar situation a year ago, was also unable to do anything. Even the 20,-Kc is an exorbitant price for the quality of services and I'm not talking about how it is possible that there are public toilets in metro stations for 10,-Kc.

When I was here, they had toiletries and liquid soap. But go here only in the most necessary cases. It is obvious to "feel" that the ventilation is not working properly. Horrible stench and suffocation. The cleaners are incredibly rude and irritable. I saw with my own eyes the cleaning lady yelling at the lady because her card payment didn't work. It even "grunts" at you when it takes you a few seconds longer to take coins out of your wallet.

Hello, an unpleasant Ukrainian lady started yelling at me because I didn't know how it works. I'm polite sometimes and want to solve everything humanly. This approach was absolutely inadequate and was not a civilized person.

The toilets were relatively clean and there were about 15 of them, so no waiting. It just happened to me once that the toilet was missing, when you pay 15-20 CZK, I would have expected it to be there

Unpleasant staff, the machine does not accept change. I have never paid for entry to the hajzel with a card anywhere, because they did not accept Czech coins, small change...
