How can it be that the toilet at the Main Central Station start working only from 7:00 am? What people have to do who came with the trains before??? In order to pay with the card, first, you need to touch button)) The lady on duty is a bit rude and tell us to read the manual)) How I like this back to USSR kind of service...

Blond woman working there probably have some serious issues because who calls customers needing help with payment “stupid cow” right in front of them when she thinks they don’t understand. What a miserable woman that probably never heard of customer service

Well, this is really scary! We were discussing with a friend whether they only take cash, which we don't have. And the lady (tall, dark-haired) out of the blue started telling us that if we don't have money, we should carry pampers with us! And all half-Ukrainian! Can someone please tell me how a person who communicates with customers can't even speak Czech properly? And he still allows such inappropriate comments?! It's a shame that there was no contact for the administrator and the lady then started pretending that she didn't understand, she didn't want to give the number to the supervisor. Otherwise, I would like to have fun with a person who employs such people.

At the main railway station in Prague, the local toilet is surprisingly in excellent condition. In addition, there is also a shower. One of the few public toilets (especially at railway stations) that I have no problem visiting.
