The old lady in charge was so aggressive and not friendly, even though we paid the money to use the toilet. She didn't want me to go with my son, who is 3 years old, to help him use the toilet. Also, she shouted at my daughter who was waiting for us.If there were an option to give less than one star, l would!!!

The worst public toilet ever. The staff wasn’t friendly and rushes people that’s still in the restroom and this person was mad because someone did their private thing plus funnily the other toilets are empty. It’s 15:00 and not 19:00 closing time!

whatever you do, JUST DON'T GO THERE! it's the worst toilet experience of my life. the lady who's responsible of the wc is extremely rude. just wanted to wash my face cause my nose was bleeding, she didn't allow me to. she also cuts out the water if you dare to wash your face. she just goes around the toilets, invading everyone's privacy, even in men's toilets. the man who came after me was shocked as well. it also stinks.

🚽🧻 Step away from the maddening crowd for a moment of meditative calm in this luxurious establishment which reminds you why one of the synonyms for toilet is "a restroom". Enjoy the thoughtful gaze of the lady behind plexiglass who only takes cash, the shiny surfaces of metal washbasins. Embrace the touch of the harsh paper towels on your hands and appreciate the positive feng shui enhanced by the peaceful sounds of the flushing water. 🌊 +1 for the marketing strategy of calling the place "luxury toilet / WC deluxe". I estimate at least 15% of visitors are swayed towards stepping in because of the name. 💰As far as toilets go, EUR 1 seems a bit overpriced (castle district toilet was EUR 0.5, so don't give me the "it's a touristy area" excuse).

The lady in charge belongs in a mental institution. I'm gonna just keep it to this to be nice which isn't something this place even deserves. Just go to a bar, buy a drink and use their facilities. This is a waste.
